Cripley Meadow Allotment Association is a membership organisation and its constitution provides for an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to decide on the governing committee and any major policy changes.
The Annual General Meeting usually takes place early in March, to coincide with the beginning of the membership and gardening year. The date of the next AGM can be found in our calendar. An invitation to the AGM is emailed to all members at least a month in advance, along with the Annual Report, the previous year’s accounts and other briefing papers.
